How to ad advertising of my own choice to my blog

  I want to start taking advertising from clients on the side of my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In general, that is not allowed on WordPress.com. Please see:

  If advertising is important to your site plans, you may want to look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress site using the software available on WordPress.org. Here is a quick rundown of the differences between WordPress.com and .org:

  I’m a big fan of WordPress.com. But WordPress.org is a great platform and you may find that it suits you better.
