How to add a radio streaming widget

I’m having a bit of trouble putting together a website for a community radio station, and I don’t know how to add a feature to live stream the radio station – HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
We only allow livestream embeds from a small number of whitelisted services, and it’s not possible to embed streams from other services except on our Business Plan.
The only services I know of that can specifically be used to embed live streams on WordPress.com are Youtube, Twitch.tv and Ustream.tv – all three more aimed ad video live streams.
