How to add directory on to your web page

I have another web page which has a directory and I want to embed that into my website, how would I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It is not possible to embed other websites, or pages from other websites, into a page on a WordPress.com site.
At most you can copy the content from that site and paste it into a new page on your WordPress.com site.
