How To Add Older Posts Button On Dara Theme

I want to add an older posts button to display my older posts, but I am not sure how to do that. The theme I am working with is Dara.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There’s a Button Block which I think is what you’re describing. See here:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/buttons-block/My suggestion is to use the display post shortcode, or the post block to display the desired “older” posts on a specific page. That page can then get linked to the button. When someone clicks the button it takes them to the page where these other posts are displayed.
