How to add or find Plugins button?

  Hi guys,
  I am a new member of wordpress blog.I wanna install various plugins.But there is no Plugins button in my toolbar. Please help me how to find or add plugins button in my toolbar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is and never will be a plugins button on your blog. This is what a search of the Support docs turns up for “plugins” http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=plugins Read it.
