How to add reciprocal link on wordpress.

  Hi,

  I created a site here at WordPress. I’ve been doing site registrations on different sites and I always see the reciprocal link. How to add this on WordPress so that I can get a reciprocal link from the site registration site I’ve been trying to create?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
