How to Add/Create Custom Email with domain in it

  Lets say my domain is tablesandchairs.com. How do I create an email address like (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I registered my domain through wordpress although I think they sell it out to someone else.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
