How to attach posts to pages?

  I am looking to have a couple different types of posts that I would like to attach to different pages, so when you click on a page in my header, only those posts related to that page appear. I am having trouble figuring out how to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sounds like you need some category pages:
