How to automatic insert text at the end of each post?

  For example, I’d like to have the following text:

  ABCD

  to show up automatically at the end of each post. Of course, I’d like to be able to control when to turn this function or and when to switch off.

  You can’t do that automatically on a WP.com blog. You just type it in.
