how to block a user

  I would like to know how to block a user. I do not mean a user to whom I have any administrative power and to prevent him or her to login. I mean another site. I want that the owner of another site is not able any more to like my posts or to comment my posts. I just want to block a user in the sense as you block another profile on instagram or facebook etc… I do not want that a specific user can have any activities on my sites. How does this work?

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that this is not possible on WordPress.com. If your site is public, anyone can view it, and anyone with a WordPress.com account can interact with it.
  You can remove them from your followers, or block them from commenting on your site, but they will still be able to like posts.
