How to block (an emailadres of) a follower?

  What if someone is following you by email and you do not want them to follow you. Is there a way to block this?

  Hi there!

  There’s no way to block a follower. Your site is publicly available on the internet, so even if you blocked them from subscribing, they could sign up for your RSS feed and visit your site.

  If you’re concerned about strangers, or other people you don’t know, visiting your site, you should make your site private:
