How to cancel?

  After looking at the various WordPress options I found I am signed up for a premium blog which I looked at but never asked for.
  There appears no way to cancel, and no phone number to contact.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Could you have a second WordPress.com user account?
