How to cancel a duplicate payment?

  I renewed today my subscription & domain, but you already did it automatically. Now, I have two wordpress charges on my bank account.
  Could you return me one of these two bank charges?

  I only see one charge on your account, placed May 4 for the auto-renewal.

  Did you receive a receipt from us for the second charge?

  No, I only have one receipt on my inbox, but I’ve 2 payments from WP-FEE.COM-877-273-3049 on my bank account: one of 19,05€ (plus commission for foreign exchange 0,57) and another one of 19,81€ (+commission 0,59)
  The validity date for the first one is today (6 may) & tomorrow (7 may) for the second one.

  The only payment that I can find from an Adrian Ortiz within a month of those dates is the one $26 US Dollar charge on May 4 to auto-renew adriancrespo.net.

  As this was an auto-renewal, the first charge may in fact be a temporary authorization, and the second charge is the actual charge.

  Most banks do not display the temporary authorization, and if that is what this is, your bank should remove it before the next statement period.
