how to cancel an auto-renewing theme

  I’m trying to take down my blog, and my theme doesn’t have a cancel option because it’s auto-renew. What am I supposed to do? The unhelp says ‘contact us’.

  Hi there, themes are a one-time purchase, so there isn’t any auto-renew on themes, so you don’t have to worry about any additional charges related to that theme.

  Thanks. However, I wanted to delete my account, and it won’t let me because I have purchases. Does that mean it’s not possible to ever do so?
