How to cancle auto renew

    Hi, In menu Purchases -> Active Upgrades tab not have any site how we can cancel subscription? But on tab billing history it’s show receipt of extension, we want to know next year will auto renew again or not we need to cancle please advise. we read this link wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/ not help, Thanks,

    I can’t see any purchases made with this particular account.

    Can you tell me the URL of the site where you’re usually making payments for please?

    I suspect there perhaps could be another account at play here in this instance.

    market.webconnection.asia but this site had deleted from server and not have payment methods on payment methods tab not sure system charge from where
    than we have to make sure next year will not charge again.

    It sounds like there’s a purchase with a plugin developer at play, whereby you would need to cancel this with the plugin developer.

    The plugin developer details should be visible via Dashboard > Plugins.
