How to categorize and post in Chronological order?

  Hi,
  Actually I dont know where to find what? So please help me either through exact link or a proper detailed suggestion. I have two issues.

  1) Firstly I want my blog introduction to be at the top of all posts and secondly new posts at the end, i.e in a chronological order
  2) Secondly how do I categorize my blog? I want 3 categories. 1) Children 2) Woman 3) Men, and different posts under these categories, pleaseeeeeeee help and give me a proper solution .When u explain please do not use technical terms would be very grateful

  1) this is the exact opposite of the way blogs work. It can be done, but it’s going to confuse your readers. When you write your posts, on the right-hand side of the Write Post page, you’ll have to set the date of each new post as if it were the oldest post instead. Then publish it.

  2) You make blog posts and, on the right hand-side of the Write Post page, under Categories, you type in the categories that apply one at a time and click ADD NEW CATEGORY. Once they’re in the list, you can just click the tickbox to apply them to future posts.
