How to change billing email?

It is look like something is going wrong with this account. The id associated is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I am not the owner of this gmail ID.

I tried to correct the typo, but not allowed. So, delete this account will be better for us. Though it is an error, this may create security problems to your customers. Please look in to the matter and correct it accordingly.Regards.

You can change your account’s email address at https://wordpress.com/me/account but we already have an account here under that second email address, so you can’t change to that.
If you want to use that second email address, I recommend recovering the password to that account following the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Then, transfer the one site on the first account to the recovered second account following the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Once that’s done, you can close the undesired account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
