how to change blog title?

    I want to empty all the content off my blog, including the title. Mainly I would just like to change the title so i can change the subject matter of the blog and start it over, but i dont see an option to do this.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The title of the blog is changed on the Settings->General page. You can delete posts on the dashboard Posts page using the bulk editor; tick ALL then select Delete under “Bulk Actions.” Do the same for the dashboard Pages page. Take all your widgets out of the sidebars and footers, and your blog is now empty and has a new name.
