How to change colour in meny bar in Sela theme and add testimonials?

    Hi,
    I have downloaded Sela theme to be used on my server.
    As I scroll through the help/instructionspages here on wp I realise the set-up is very different from what I view in my wp-admin.
    1) I can’t add a personalised logo. I’ve done it but it looks crap. How do I add it?
    2) How do I create testimonial pages? I haven’t got the option in my wp-admin
    3) Is it possible to change the colour (from red) to another colour in the main menu bar? I’d like black or grey.
