How to change my DNS records

    Hello,

    My site runs via Shopify but I noticed that my DNS records are still on wordpress. Now I want to add s CNAME to my records, how can I do this?

    Hi there,

    I see on our end that you used to connect your domain to WordPress.com but have since moved your site hosting away from WordPress.com. Because of this, there is no longer an active Domain Connection upgrade on your WordPress.com account as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Without an active domain connection upgrade, it’s not possible to modify your DNS records as the are set here. Instead you will want to contact your domain registrar and as for their help in removing the WordPress.com domain name server (NS) addresses you have now:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    And instead ask them to add their name server settings instead. This will allow you to manage your DNS with them directly and add any CNAME records you require.
