How to change my WP blog url?

  need help here..i want to change my WP blog url into a new one, how can I do it?

  e.g. my blog is http://ABC.wordpress.com, and I want to change it to http://DEF.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot change a blog URL ending in wordpress.com once it has been set, but you can create a new blog and transfer the data from the old blog to the new one. See http://support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ to learn how to do that.

  To create a new blog, go to the http://wordpress.com/signup/ page while you are logged in and fill out the form there to add a blog to your account.

  Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain all together.

  thanks for replying,

  I would like to change the ABC to DEF, not the wordpress ending. any ideas? pardon me if I’m being blurred for not getting any idea from your previous reply.

  You can’t change that. You can either create a new blog and transfer the date from ABC to DEF (see first paragraph above) or you can use a custom domain. You can’t change the URL though.
