How to change the blog site’s name from Welcome

I’m struggling so much with using Blue Host and Word Press, and I’d love help with making it so that my blog’s title isn’t Welcome. Please advise!

The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:
