How to change the footer of my blog?

  I’d like to change to change the footer of my blog but i can’t find the access to footer.php.
  My theme is fresh& clean and I have bought the domaine.
  Thank for your help!

  All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers.
