How to change the login details for the wordpress

  Hi – I have a slight problem. I setup my blog yesterday with my personal gmail account. Now I realised that this will be a joint venture with my friend and would need a common login details to access the site. I want us to be shared owner of the mailbox and blog. How can I do that?
