as mentioned in the subject i m unable to find to install new wordpress theme on my free blog of wordpress.

I’m sorry, but themes and plugins can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on e-commerce if you set up a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
