how to change theme into elven40-pro from stuidopress

  my old site is hosted by wordpress. WIth the theme twenty ten. I like to change my theme in eleven40-pro from studiopress. When I follow the instructions on installing this site, I need:
  Access to your web server (via shell or FTP)
  A text editor
  An FTP Client
  Your web browser of choice
  Where can I find those?

  Sorry, I copied too much. I mean: where can I find access to the web server (FTP) if wordpress is my host.
