How To change title of homepage?

  My homepage just has the blog link as the name on my tab, how do I edit that to say Home Page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  You don’t have a site title. You can add a site title, and edit it at any time, at either Settings > General (from the admin dashboard panel), or at Customize > Site Title.
