I have recently changed my site name and user name. I want to continue with my new name, but today when I was updating my blog posts, I found nothing changed in the comment section where I replied earlier, there were comments with my old name, so let me know – how to change my user name in old comments in every blog post,

Your username change is not retroactive, so your old comments will continue to have your old username attached.
The only thing that changes retroactively is the Display Name, https://wordpress.com/support/change-your-username/#change-display-name-nickname -
