  Hi there, I’m not clear about this. I don’t believe WordPressdotcom runs pop-up ads for its own upgrades or anything else.

  Also, it appears that the site you’ve linked to was started in May 2019 but not added to since. Is this happening on blissfashiontv1.wordpress.com or a different site?
