How to close my account?

You file shows I joined in 2016. I have never run a blog or been charged for one. I opened an account in 2021 after I retired which never got used and now I have received notice that I have been renewed. I am medically incapable of doing a blog at this time and my doctor has suggested I cease all unnecessary activities to care for my self and my wife. I am 85 and my wife is 88. She recently has required a walker. How do I do this? In addition to a severe UTI, plus a bad reaction to a medication I was given has left me in a permanent brain fog and my computer was hit by lightening and I lost all info re: my planned blog. Can someone help me???
