How to configure Follow button with subscribe.php?

    I am using custom wordpress hosting @ http://www.jeanpaulva.com

    I wanted to configure the Follow widget, but it is showing problem with subscribe.php. I managed to point a custom page to it, but the content is empty.

    How can i get the content of subscribe.php & unsubscribe.php?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You will not find any solutions to WordPress.ORG blog questions here at WordPress.COM. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites with different username accounts and logins. You are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
