How to confirm that Auto-renew is disabled

    Hi,

    We’re considering pursuing other options for hosting, and I wanted to confirm that the auto-renewal service from wordpress is not active. When looking at the “My Upgrades” section of my dashboard, my status is currently set to “Active, Manual Renewal”.

    This would seem that automatic renewal is turned off, which is what I’d like. I, however, do not recall ever having turned off automatic renewal, and since I’ve been charged for the past 2 years, I just wanted to confirm that my account will not auto-renew at any point in the future unless I decide to take that route again.

    Hi Chris, auto-renewal was deactivated automatically for your custom domain thefiddleheads.net because the card on file actually expires before the next renewal date.

    You can either renew the upgrade manually, or reactivate auto-renewal by entering a new card, both under Store > My Upgrades.

    Just let me know if you need anything else.
