How to contact a real person about expired domain mapping error

Our site is giving us a message about expired domain mapping. This may have been due to having out of date payment info for automatic renewal, but we have updated the payment info and are still getting the error. I cannot find a way to contact any real person with the company about billing. Thanks.

Solved my problem. Would still like to know how to contact a real person, though, if issues arise again. This is a frustratingly opaque customer support system.
