If they have a contact form on their site, that would be the best way to reach out to them. Is there a site in which you are looking at that they are the owner of?

There is no contact info there, in addition they have no contact form and no open comments.
So, there is no way to make direct contact with them.
We also cannot release contact information for our users.

Can I somehow let him know that I agree with him and live my mail, message, without knowing about him?

Even when I let him know that I agree with him. I live my mail address. You forward this to him, as I dont know him and stil dont konw anyting about him?
For example:
I agree with you! I am also one of them. Please contact me (email visible only to moderators and staff)
