How to contact an blog owner that hasnt updated the blog

How can I contact the owner of a blog who seems to not update the blog anymore? will the blog eventually disappear? I have the owner’s name but not their email so I am not sure how to contact them. I’ve already tried reaching out via the site

There is no requirement that one must update any site. If you cannot contact the site owner via a submitting a comment, or by using any contact information on the site Staff cannot provide the contact information to you.
You cannot register a site URL that has already been registered and there is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog URLs unused, reserved or otherwise. Note that in these cases the blog’s owner rarely responds to comments if they are open or to contact information on the site but you can try that if you wish to.
Note that Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address if you cannot make contact with the owner.
