    You say, Contact Billing department but never instruct to HOW to do this, WHERE to do this or WHO to contact there.

    What is the email address for billing?

    What is the domain link to the billing department?

    the embedded ’email’ that goes with the submit is “payments@” which i do not have that email. it’s so 1990’s to not be able to over write the email to one that actually works. therefore, doing that means no help at all.

    if you are saying ‘without upgrades’ that is sort of funny because purchases are not allowed so that’s a no go.

    honestly i wouldn’t purchase it even if i could.

    I’ve worked in wp for decades and this is so disappointing.
