How to convert from wordpress.com to wordpress.org & How to change the templete?

  I want to convert from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and I would like to know How to convert it? I already download a special template called “Fashionsta” because it’s look presentable as an fashion and entertainment blogger.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
