how to create a awesome site like this?

    I’m new to WordPress and need your help on this, Thanks in advance!

    Here is the website in my mind:
    1. menu at the top of the page
    2. middle part of the page will be a deck of page slides.
    3. when a user hoovers over/click one of menu item the corresponding page will be on the top of deck.
    4. also the deck has the backward and forward button which can be used for the navigation.
    5. the bottom part of the page will be standard copy right, term of user and privacy policy.

    Do we have some existing templates which I can use to get this?
