How to create a form synced with another

  I would like to create a form that is synced with another form, to where when they fill the form out, it will do the same as if they were to go to a certain website to fill out the form (which is to take them to a video and also send their contact info to me). How would I do that?

  On a free hosted WordPress.com blog this is not possible. Note the accepted HTML tag codes do not include “forms”. Please see here for the contact form we can use on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
