how to create a multilingual blog

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I have a blog account at WordPress and I’d like to create a multilingual blog. In one of the videos on a website called wpbeginner.com I saw that there should be a plugin for setting up the multilingual feature, but I cannot find it in my account. I’d like to ask for help by setting up my site with two languages.

  Hey there,

  You won’t find a plugin tab in the dashboard because plugins are installed and utilized solely for those with self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs:
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  With WordPress.com, there is a different process to set up a multilingual blog and you can find the steps for setting it up on our support page:
