How to create a website?

I dont want to start writing a blog. I would like to create a website. Previously I have been using wix.com and have created a website http://www.theblucard.co.in
Now I would like to redo it with wordpress but everytime I try to create a website, it asks me to write a blog.
Could you please help me start creating my website and not a blog.

I checked the link that you sent me, however I saw that before asking this question as well. The thing is that creating a website on wordpress isnt as easy as it has been portrayed. I have zero technical knowledge and still feel its very easy to make a website on wix.com but, wordpress just seem like a very difficult project.
