How to create calender and enable viewers to attach files

  Hi, My name is Terry. I am running a business student association website at my university through WorddPress.com. This year we want to create a calender on the web page where student can go on the page, view the different events in the calender, also enable them to register the events through the calender with their resume.

  So I guess my questions are:
  1. How to create a calender on the website and display the events on the calender.

  2. How to make it possible for students to attach their resume within the calender to apply?

  Do you have any ANY idea how much that would cost to make it secure?

  If you have the email addresses of the students you can add them to a Google Calendar and use that. That’s the only free option I can think of. Otherwise you are looking at tens of thousands of dollars.
