How to customize back end to go directly to blog dashboard?

  I would like to customize the back end so that when I log in I go directly to the dashboard and not to freshly pressed. I think it’s obnoxious that when I log in it takes multiple clicks to get to my blog dashboard. If not then is there a way to get rid of the tabs, Read Blogs and freshly pressed?

  Just make sure that you’re directly logging in via your blog’s Dashboard at https://letchhausen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
