how to delete a cname

    I am working to transfer my domain to another site and I am having a difficult time doing so because of an existing conflicting record.

    I was advised to delete the Cname: *.intersectionofblackand.org, but it seems that this is not an option to doing so because the trash can option does not show up.

    Please help me as to how I can go about doing this.

    Hi there,

    Once you set custom A records for your domain, that automatically removes the CNAME record you mentioned.

    I checked your domain and I see you have custom A records and no CNAME record for *.intersectionofblackand.org anymore. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
