How to delete a site when there are no dropdowns to complete the task?

  I have tried all the above with no results…Help!!! I use the tools-delete site, but I do not get any dropdowns to complete the task. The info I continue to read seems to lead me in circles.

  Hi there,

  You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager. I see that you have the expired domain: simplyperfect4u.com in your account.

  Would you like to completely cancel this domain and remove it from your account? This would mean that you would no longer own the domain and it can be purchased by someone else. Once I remove that you can permanently delete your site.

  Please reply to confirm and I’d be happy to remove the domain for you.
