how to delete a theme

  I am trying to figure out how to delete a theme I was trying. I like what I had beforehand (it was the default setting) but I don’t know how to get back to that setting.

  You don’t actually delete a theme. You just activate a different one here: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Do you remember the name of the theme you were using previously? Often new sites are given the Independant Publisher 2 theme to start with.
