How to Delete Linked Blog?

  Based on what was discussed in this thread, a thread needs to be posted so that a linked blog can be removed by staff:

  I have URL linked in my account that I did not put there. I’m not sure if my account was compromised or how it got there, but I’d like to get it deleted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do see the disconnect Jetpack. However, when I click the link I do not get the popup.

  I do see a script error in my browser console and it is getting a 404 for http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/manage.js. Could that be the problem?
