How to delete sites without closing my WordPress accounts

I want to delete my sites created under wordpress and start with a New Account. Please help.

Hi there,
You can delete any WordPress.com site from My Site ->Manage ->Settings, at the bottom of that page.
For your Jetpack-connected site, you can disconnect the site from the same place:
