How to delete this external site that no longer exists

  I have several external sites that no longer exist that are still showing linked to mye wordpress.com account. How do I disconnect or delete these?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
