How to deleting a blog

    I made a blog a few years ago and tried to delete it the other day but I think that I mistakingly deleted the new wordpress account that I just made. So now I cant use the url that I accidentally deleted and my old blog is still active. How do I delete my old account and ‘reactivate’ the new one I made and somehow deleted (although I didn’t get an email confirming that I wanted to delete the blog)
